We keep enquiry and repair information for as long as is necessary to provide the service, to support warranty claims, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Information that is no longer needed is deleted.
Data stored on your device
Any data stored on a device left with us for repair remains your responsibility, and we strongly recommend backing up your device before any repair. We do not access personal files beyond what is necessary to diagnose, repair and test the device.
